Evenings at The Roast

Popping in for a drink? Why not try our bruschettas, homemade fishcakes or cured and roast meat platter to nibble on, whilst relaxing on our sofas discussing the days events.  

Choose a wine from our fantastic list (from the award winning Liberty of London) or a World Beer from the 20 we stock to accompany your delicious nibbles. 

Our modern British cuisine , served in relaxing surroundings is sure to impress, we were even listed in Vogue!  Main courses are now two for a tenner in the evenings,  making a visit to the Roast incredible tasty value. 

You could choose from Pork Belly, Sausage and Mash, Beer Battered Fish and Chips or a Wild Mushroom risotto all made with the freshest local ingredients created by our exiting young Head Chef Kevin Rivers.  (Check out the Yorkshire Post Review on our wall). 

Puddings include favourites such as apple pie and custard, carrot and lemon drizzle cake or vanilla cheesecake. 

The evening menu starts every night from 5pm to 10pm Tuesday to Saturday.

Tasty, locally sourced great value food makes the Roast well worth a visit.
